Job Description:

This role will be expected to support and maintain their IT infrastructure, including their network, cloud environment, software, and all IT hardware. Top-tier candidates will have excellent troubleshooting skills and be very comfortable supporting end-users.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and troubleshoot Windows apps and servers, AD, and network protocols
Support firewall and security policies, VPN, and wireless networking
Utilize remote desktop tools and backup systems, as well as Office 365
Demonstrate your experience with cloud-based platforms (Azure)
Supporting multiple offices around Wisconsin
Working directly with end-users of all levels of technical knowledge

Requirements:

More than 2 years of experience in systems or network administration
Proficiency in Firewall Technologies
Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory
Experience with Backup Technologies
Understanding and experience with Computer Hardware
Demonstrated expertise in Configuration Management
Experience in Deployments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Degree and relevant certifications are preferred
