Job Description:

We are in search of a Systems Analyst to join our team in DES MOINES, Iowa. In this role, you will be a crucial member of our team, working on API management and integration. You will collaborate with partners to integrate new APIs, handle API intricacies, and work with our development team to improve system procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Spearhead the integration of new APIs for application usage
Collaborate with team members to address complexities related to APIs
Establish and nurture relationships with partner companies to ensure smooth API integration and issue resolution
Work closely with the development team to enhance system processes
Test and manage APIs using various tools and methodologies
Develop and maintain comprehensive and accurate API documentation
Handle API gateway management to ensure smooth data flow between systems
Employ API testing skills to ensure the functionality and performance of APIs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of API development and integration processes
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to APIs and integration

Requirements:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in API management
Proficient in working with API gateways
Demonstrated skills in API Testing
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring system performance
Ability to work in a team and understand user needs
Familiarity with coding and debugging procedures
Understanding of business practices and industry trends
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
