Job Description:

We are offering an employment opportunity for a Systems Analyst, located in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering information from various sources, analyzing this data to make informed decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our PeopleSoft application, collaborating closely with our team and business function users.

Job Responsibility:

Gather and analyze information from multiple sources to aid decision-making processes
Utilize standard IS methodologies in designing solutions for business needs within a defined scope
Provide production support for PeopleSoft customers, involving maintenance and development of application modules and interfaces
Enhance, fix, and customize our PeopleSoft application using PeopleTools and other development tools
Work directly with end users to understand requirements, designing technical solutions that align with business needs and application architecture
Collaborate closely with management or senior analysts to ensure alignment with departmental practices
Maintain strong written and oral communication skills and utilize them in working with business functional users to comprehend business requirements for system development and modifications
Perform report development for end users
Maintain a focus on performance tuning and integration tools, utilization of application engine, SQR, component interface, application design and PeopleCode tools

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Systems Analyst or a similar position
Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft, PeopleSoft Financials, and Supply Chain Modules
Demonstrable experience in PeopleSoft Development
Proven track record of analyzing and improving systems
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Must be able to work independently and take initiative as needed
Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills as the industry evolves
