Job Description:

Our client seeks a highly experienced Systems Analyst with a proven track record delivering integrated, multi-ministry government solutions. This role requires deep expertise in system design, automation testing, and cross-platform integrations with hands-on involvement in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), front-end/backend systems, and related change management processes. The successful candidate will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of robust and accessible solutions across ministry services.

Job Responsibility:

Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the development, implementation and maintenance of a diverse range of cost-effective I&IT solutions
Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives, ensuring efficiency

Requirements:

Experience and actual deliverables with a Service-Oriented design related projects and complex multi-ministries integrated systems
Hands-on, extensive experience with Automation suites (creating, executing, analyzing and reporting the results)
Understanding of systems environments, business analysis and change management in projects or programs related to integrated multi-ministries’ government services
Ability to create automated scripts to uncover issues that could impact developed front-end and integrated systems
Experience in preparing test data requirements
Experience producing test matrix and test result reports
Experience with Digital Dealership registry in ServiceOntario portal
Experience with Canada Post module and Payment Gateways
