Job Description:

This role is integral to our team, where you will be primarily responsible for designing, managing, and executing cloud services and platforms. Your focus will be on supporting our infrastructure, applications, data, and other business needs.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinating and leading technology initiatives across various areas within the organization
Managing and executing cloud services, focusing on Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies
Overseeing and managing a multi-cloud environment
Assisting in the modernization and migration efforts for applications, data, and infrastructure
Designing, upgrading, administering, testing, and modifying the virtual desktop infrastructure environment
Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments and other Microsoft platforms
Identifying opportunities to refactor solutions for improved performance, cost, and efficiency
Automating processes wherever possible and managing Azure DevOps projects, git repositories, and pipelines
Troubleshooting issues raised by developers and other architects
Enhancing our infrastructure, application, and system monitoring solutions to prioritize system uptime
Reviewing, advising, and designing based on risks, costs, benefits, and impact on the enterprise business process and goals

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Microsoft Azure
Strong customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated expertise in analytics and data interpretation
Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations
Proficiency in design and benefit functions
Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team
Understanding of security measures and cyber security protocols
Ability to troubleshoot system issues and diagnose problems
Experience with automation and cloud technologies
Familiarity with system upgrades and process improvement techniques
Quality assurance and migration experience
Oversight and decision-making skills
Experience in application development and enhancement
Understanding of transportation services is beneficial
Proficiency in GIT
