Job Description:

This role primarily revolves around overseeing our technology infrastructure, leading a team of technology professionals, and ensuring the security and compliance of our systems. The Systems Engineer will also be involved in operations management and project coordination.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a team of technology professionals
Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of technology infrastructure
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute technology projects
Implement security measures
Ensure compliance with regulations
Evaluate technology vendors and service providers
Manage vendor relationships
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server
Extensive experience with Active Directory
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of system security measures and data backup/recovery
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl, or other language
Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or CompTIA A+
