Job Description:

As a Systems Engineer, you will be integral in ensuring the high performance and availability of our mission-critical systems. You will be required to build, test, and deploy complex systems, as well as perform data backups, data migration, and disaster recovery operations. Your role will also involve providing technical support to users and providing support services outside standard business hours when necessary.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain high performance and availability of mission-critical systems
Conduct complex system and application upgrades
Handle storage and server data backups, and perform data migration and disaster recovery operations
Provide second level technical support for network or platform performance issues
Document system upgrade procedures and troubleshooting methods
Design and implement disaster recovery and high availability solutions to meet 7x24x365 company needs
Build, patch, test, and deploy complex systems and enterprise platforms
Provide after-hours support services, including nights and weekends, as required

Requirements:

Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with VMware
Displayed ability to manage and configure Azure Active Directory
Demonstrated experience with DHCP and DNS
Familiarity with Office 365 and its various applications
Prior experience with Citrix is highly desirable
Proficiency in System is expected

Nice to have:

Prior experience with Citrix
