Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer in Livonia, Michigan. As part of our team, you will be working with various IT systems and HR technologies, including Workday and Kronos. Your role will involve designing, developing, and configuring complex IT systems solutions and architectural frameworks.

Job Responsibility:

Design and manage the integration of complex IT solutions
Understand client requirements, develop project plans, define project scope, and track project progress
Conduct system architecture solution testing
Prepare technical specifications for the development process
Develop and manage project plans
Ensure that system architecture solutions effectively address business problems
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Train HR staff and end-users
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR technology

Requirements:

Demonstrable proficiency in Cisco Technologies
Proficiency in Citrix Technologies
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
Experience with DELL EMC Technologies
Aptitude for Dell Technologies
Knowledge of AB Testing
Proficient in Active Directory
Experience with Automation
Familiarity with AWS Technologies
Knowledge of Backup Technologies
Experience with Workday
Proficiency in Workday ERP
Familiarity with Kronos
