Job Description:

The role focuses on optimizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) deployments in a large-scale gaming environment. As a Systems Engineer, you will be collaborating with various IT and support teams, managing SCCM deployments, and troubleshooting related issues to ensure a smooth end-user experience.

Job Responsibility:

Administering SCCM for software deployment, updates, and system imaging
Collaborating with IT and support teams to ensure configuration management aligns with security policies
Monitoring the SCCM infrastructure, tracking software usage, and optimizing deployments
Troubleshooting and resolving SCCM-related issues, performing root cause analysis
Documenting configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides
Utilizing DELL EMC Technologies, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Automation, and Backup Technologies
Leveraging knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Software Packages, and Diagnosis

Requirements:

Proficiency in DELL EMC Technologies and Dell Technologies
Experience scripting with PowerShell and advanced formulas in Excel
Solid understanding of Active Directory
Experience with Automation tools and techniques
Familiarity with Backup Technologies
Experience in SCCM and System Center Configuration Manager
Expertise in System Engineering
Proficiency in Windows Server, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, and Windows Server 2019
Experience with various Software Packages
Ability to perform system Diagnosis
