Job Description:

Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a TA Specialist to manage sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role involves managing multiple hiring projects efficiently and building strong communication with hiring managers.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates
partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports
build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices
coordinate background checks, reference checks, and offer negotiations

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of TA experience
strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and job boards
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
