Job Description:

The Team DART is the leading risk modelling and data analytics team in Citi. We use mathematical modelling and the latest technologies to calculate risk for the largest portfolios in Citi. We use visualizations and dashboards to communicate risk to senior stakeholders. Our models and analytics ensure that the bank has adequate capital during crisis. The Role The Risk Data Operating Model SVP role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate definition and execution of Risk requirements according to the Citi Data Operating Model and in line with Citi commitments to the regulators. The role reports into the Data Transformation Lead and will be responsible for ensuring that Data Providers fulfil Data Operating Model Consent Order and BAU commitments to Risk and for demonstrating success through production and analysis of Use Case Outcomes Metrics. Responsibilities will include ensuring that prioritized data quality issues are defined and remediated, that data requirements are implemented and that focus remains on the scope and commitments of each phase of the Risk Consent Order Data Plans to ensure proof of achieved use case benefits. May include management responsibility for a small team. This would require knowledge of how to manage user acceptance process and how to collaborate with Technology implementation managers and also, with Audit and BFQC compliance teams. A thorough understanding of strategic direction of Risk processes, systems and reporting, the Citi Data Operating Model, and a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both Risk and Finance Data.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
Utilize Tableau Prep to clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability
Implement best practices for data visualization and data processing to ensure clarity and accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards, Tableau Prep flows, and data connectivity
Support end-users by providing training and documentation on Tableau and Tableau Prep usage
Prepare regular and time sensitive analytics, visualizations, and reports for risk managers and senior management
Synthesize and communicate complex risk exposures and metrics
Analyse, implement, and automate underlying data, data flows, and data controls to enhance processes and efficiency
Work with risk managers, businesses, modelers, and tech to design and build analytical applications
Focus on ensuring quality controls and assurance across different data workstreams

Requirements:

You will possess a proven track record of success a Tableau Developer - a subject matter expert
Knowledge of or interest in finance, markets, risk management would be preferred but not essential
Skills in data, analytics, databases, data quality
Extensive experience in developing, delivering, and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards using Tableau
Aptitude for presenting analytics and insights in a clear, comprehensible manner
Proficiency in handling large-scale and intricate datasets
A bachelor's or master’s degree

Nice to have:

Knowledge of or interest in finance, markets, risk management would be preferred but not essential
