Job Description:

Our client, an MNC in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their growing team. The role involves managing recruitment strategies, refining hiring processes, and supporting employer branding and regional HR initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Work with hiring managers, HR teams, and TA partners to align recruitment strategies with business and diversity goals
manage full-cycle recruitment for junior to senior roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
assist in job requisitions, interview content, and competency-based assessments
use recruitment data to refine hiring strategies and improve processes
support campus hiring, employer branding, and regional HR projects

Requirements:

At least 8-10 years of relevant experience
worked in a regional COE setup
strong adaptability
time management
ability to prioritize under tight deadlines

Nice to have:

Experience with campus hiring

regional HR projects
