Job Description:

Our client is an MNC in the manufacturing industry looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their growing team. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, managing recruitment, and contributing to regional projects.

Job Responsibility:

collaborates with stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
manages end-to-end recruitment process
creates job requisitions and interview content
utilizes recruitment metrics to improve processes
supports campus recruitment and regional projects

Requirements:

8-10 years of relevant experience
strong adaptability
time management
ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
regional COE setup experience

Nice to have:

experience in employer branding
innovative talent acquisition practices
campus recruitment initiatives
expertise with recruitment metrics and data analytics
