As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Baxter, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and screening talent aligned to R&D, commercial, and marketing functional areas within the U.S. You will play a critical role in ensuring a pipeline of motivated candidates and partner closely with hiring managers, team members, and HR Business Partners. You'll also take part in strategic recruitment initiatives, promote the employer brand, and provide an excellent candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively searching candidate databases for and connecting with potential talent
Screening job applications to evaluate candidate suitability and actively engaging and generating employee referrals
Driving community outreach, ensuring the organization is tapping into talent from local markets
Taking an active role in promoting Baxter as a great place to work
Leading the candidate experience, providing insight into what candidates can expect
Participating in strategic projects in partnership with key stakeholders and peers
Learning and promoting Baxter brand by serving as an ambassador for the organization and expanding presence through social media and other channels.
Requirements:
Minimum HS or GED required
3+ years of experience in an agency or corporate recruiting role
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process and ability to successfully conduct a recruitment strategy meeting
Proven ability in partnering with the business to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing, pipelining, and developing requisitions
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and to ensure data accuracy, proper candidate stage tracking, and timely communication throughout the recruitment journey
Proficient in Sourcing for multiple searches and supporting several hiring managers simultaneously
Successful history of creating a positive candidate experience, with emphasis on timely updates, transparent feedback and consistent process
Exposure to collecting, analyzing, and sharing feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process while identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions
Comfortable with active sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, CRM’s and other similar tools
