We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our outsourcing team. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to identify, engage, and attract top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while providing actionable insights through recruitment data analysis.
Job Responsibility:
Effectively manage hiring managers and other business partners/stakeholders by establishing trust and building strong relationships
utilize diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify qualified candidates for outsourcing roles
develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
act as a gatekeeper for OutSystems culture, promoting values and mission
conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
create, maintain, and analyze recruitment reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
provide actionable insights through recruitment data analysis
present recruitment metrics and performance updates to stakeholders
promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, job postings, and recruitment events
maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Proven 2+ years experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an outsourcing environment
strong sourcing skills, including experience with Boolean search, ATS systems, and social recruiting tools
proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or recruitment dashboards
experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
familiarity with recruitment metrics and performance tracking
knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance, and employment laws.
Nice to have:
Experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau
strong negotiation and persuasion skills
proactive and resourceful in sourcing hard-to-find talent.
