Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Talent Relations Specialist in the service industry, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The chosen detail-oriented individual will play a key role in supporting various Management Programs, including, Career Pathing, Succession Planning, Onboarding, and Internships. This role is 100% on-site Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Job Responsibility:

Execute and manage various Talent Management projects effectively
Identify areas for improvement and provide innovative solutions
Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of projects and present concise reports upon completion
Collaborate closely with HR/Business Leaders in communicating project plans and initiatives
Advocate for change in the organization while implementing new or improving existing Talent Management Projects
Utilize data to identify development opportunities in the organization
Facilitate communication across multiple locations of the organization
Prioritize projects and stakeholders in a rapidly changing environment
Execute talent programs, offering potential solutions where necessary

Requirements:

Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related experience required
Understanding of Benefit Functions for employee welfare is necessary
Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with employees is essential
A strong understanding of Compliance to ensure company policies are adhered to is required
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and Smartsheet
