Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Accounting Manager in Irvine, California. In this role, you will be expected to carry out various functions related to general accounting, tax compliance, and reporting and analysis, all while adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and other accounting reports
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of accounts
Manage the general ledger
Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
Prepare and file various tax returns
Stay updated with tax laws and regulations
Coordinate with Big 4 tax preparer
Collaborate with a CPA to file indirect taxes
Prepare and present regular financial reports and analysis
Analyze financial data
Collaborate with other departments
Adapt to changing needs and take on ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Tax Accounting
Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with CaseWare software
Proficiency in using CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax
Adept at performing all Accounting Functions
Experience in preparing Annual Income Tax Provision
Proficiency in Auditing
Strong skills in Compliance
Experience in Entity Formation
Capable of managing Annual Tax
Experience in Corporate Income Tax
Proficiency in Federal Income Tax
