Job Description:

We are seeking a Tax Expert for our client which is a multinational company and operating FMCG sector.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and submit periodic tax declarations and e-ledgers
Monitor export, import, and investment incentives
Oversee the general ledger and month-end closure process, including necessary postings
Handle month-end closing transactions, accruals, and records
Prepare statutory balance sheets and profit loss statements
Report on transfer pricing
Manage the Investment incentive documentation process
Maintain close relationships with accounting teams across group companies to ensure compliance with tax standards
Stay updated on legislation and regulatory changes
Adhere to group tax policies and perform regular tax reporting to the group
Oversee the insurance policy process
Support external and internal tax audit processes
Perform ad hoc tasks and special project assignments as needed
Execute the inflation accounting process

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
Preferably 6-8 years in a tax department within a multinational environment, (tax audit experience or CPA certification is plus)
Strong communication skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment
Must be a team player with a positive and co-operative attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish
Proficient in MS Office applications
SAP knowledge is advantageous
