Job Description:

The role will entail managing and overseeing tax operations in our organization, including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage tax operations within the organization
Process customer applications related to tax matters accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer tax records
Resolve customer inquiries related to tax issues in a timely manner
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed
Implement tax strategies and policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Oversee the preparation and filing of all federal and state tax returns
Coordinate with various teams to provide tax planning and advice to clients
Conduct complex tax research and prepare documentation for tax projects
Utilize 'Multi-state Income' skills to manage and solve tax issues across different states

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience working in a CPA firm or similar environment
Must possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with multi-state income tax laws and regulations
Ability to manage and direct a team of tax professionals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Must have a strong understanding of current tax laws and regulations
Ability to provide excellent client service and manage client relationships effectively
