Job Description:

This role operates within the industry, executing tasks related to tax management in a public accounting environment.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the preparation and review of corporate, partnership, LLC, trust, and HNW individual tax returns
Provide leadership and manage a team, ensuring efficient operations
Work closely with clients to address and resolve their inquiries and issues related to tax
Maintain CPA status in good standing and stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations
Handle the preparation and review of audited financial statements
Manage annual income tax provision activities
Implement strategies to optimize tax processes and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Maintain a flexible work schedule, particularly during the busy season
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all tax data and records

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of a Tax Manager in a public setting
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Corporate Tax Returns
Experience in preparing the Annual Income Tax Provision
Hands-on experience with Audited Financial Statements
Experience in preparing Individual Tax Returns
Ability to manage a team effectively
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
