Job Description:

A leading investment company is seeking a Tax Manager to handle tax filings, compliance, and tax-efficient structures for global entities.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare/review tax filings (e.g., corporate income tax, VAT/GST, partnership returns) for global entities
Manage transfer pricing documentation and BEPS-related compliance
Design tax-efficient structures for cross-border investments, M&A, and fund launches
Monitor changes in tax laws (e.g., OECD Pillar Two, carried interest rules) and assess impact on investments

Requirements:

6+ years tax experience, with 3+ years in investment management (PE, hedge funds, or asset management)
Deep knowledge of fund structures (e.g., Master-Feeder, SPVs) and jurisdictional tax regimes
Strong communication skills to explain complex tax concepts to non-experts
