Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Prepare individual and business tax returns using Lacerte software
Review and organize financial documents, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Assist with filing and processing tax returns in a timely manner
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all work performed
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary tax-related information
Perform data entry and financial calculations, as needed
Utilize Excel for data analysis and to support tax-related tasks
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

Requirements:

Expertise in Lacerte tax software is required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Prior experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
