Job Description:

We are seeking a proficient Tax Preparer to join our team located in Yukon, Oklahoma. This role involves the comprehensive preparation of tax returns, efficient data entry, and the provision of exceptional customer service. The Tax Preparer will also be responsible for various accounting functions and will have the opportunity to utilize a range of accounting software systems. We offer a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and process tax returns with precision and in a timely manner
Utilize different accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, CCH ProSystem Fx, CCH Sales Tax, and Drake Tax Software
Perform various accounting functions as required
Provide excellent customer service, resolving any inquiries related to tax preparation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tax data
Efficiently perform data entry tasks
Understand and apply knowledge of allowances and deductibles in tax preparation
Monitor client accounts and take necessary action when required
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and keep abreast of current tax laws and industry trends

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax
Ability to use Drake Tax Software
Understanding of various Accounting Functions
Knowledge of Allowances in the context of taxation
Excellent Customer Service skills
Precise and efficient Data Entry abilities
Understanding of Deductibles and their application
Proven experience in Tax Preparation
