Job Description:

The role involves a variety of tasks, including the handling of complex individual tax returns and processing a large volume of returns.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the preparation of business and trust tax returns
Handle intricate tax returns for high-net worth individuals
Ensure accurate processing and reporting of a substantial volume of returns
Maintain weekend availability for work as necessary
Utilize knowledge of accounting software systems
Provide excellent customer service
Perform data entry tasks and manage jobs from initiation to completion
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Experience with CCH ProSystem Fx
Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax
Working experience with Drake Tax Software
Understanding of Accounting Functions
Capability to handle allowances
Excellent Customer Service skills
Efficiency in Data Entry
Familiarity with Deductible
