Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for Primary School Teaching Assistants to join our team, working across a variety of schools in the Hertfordshire area. Whether you're looking for short-term or long-term placements, we have a range of exciting opportunities to suit your availability and experience.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities across various subjects
provide one-on-one or small group support to children who need extra help with their learning
help to maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
support children with special educational needs (SEN) or other learning needs
assist with classroom management, ensuring that students are on task and engaged
support the teacher with administrative tasks, including setting up resources and preparing materials
foster a positive relationship with students, offering encouragement and motivation to help them reach their potential

Requirements:

Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
patient, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
experience working in a primary school setting is desirable
