Job Description:

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant for an EYFS role in Leeds, available as either part-time or full-time. This role requires a good understanding of phonics-based learning programs to support early literacy and language development. Key responsibilities include supporting phonics programs, engaging with children in interactive activities, observing progress, and promoting a positive classroom environment. Job Responsibility:

Support the delivery of phonics programs to enhance early reading and literacy skills
Assist in creating an engaging and structured EYFS learning environment
Work with small groups and one-to-one to support children's early development

Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers
Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive, inclusive environment

Requirements:

Experience working in an EYFS setting (preferred)
