Job Description:

Exciting opportunity at a leading school near Purley to empower students and transform education. Full-time position with comprehensive responsibilities to support teaching and learning across the curriculum.

Job Responsibility:

support learning and teaching across the curriculum
collaborate with teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver tailored learning activities
provide personalised learning support
motivate and guide students
build positive relationships with students
monitor and assess student progress
offer feedback and reports on achievement
contribute to the educational vision and ethos

Requirements:

recent experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role
possess relevant life experience
genuine enthusiasm for working with students aged 7+
acquire knowledge or demonstrate willingness to learn about the National curriculum
strong written and verbal communication skills
uphold the highest standards of personal integrity and professionalism

Nice to have:

previous experience with SEN
knowledge of the National curriculum
ability to inspire students
strong classroom management skills
