Job Description:

Randstad Education is hiring for SEN Teaching Assistant at a dynamic school in Chislehurst. Assist students with special needs, collaborate with staff and parents, and support learning within a calm environment. Join a school that values diversity, inclusivity and the success of every child.

Job Responsibility:

Support Learning by assisting students with special needs during lessons
Individual Assistance by Providing 1:1 sessions with the students whenever needed
Behaviour Management: Help maintain a calm, structured environment
Admin Tasks: Assist with lesson preparation and student records
Collaboration: Work with teachers and parents to track progress

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS on the Updated service or willing to apply for one
Willing to work Long- Term/ Full-Time
Need the SEN TA to be available for 5 days in a week
Must have worked with SEN schools or SEN Children for at least 6 months in the UK
