Job Description:

The school is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support children and young adults with diverse needs, including SEMH, Autism, SLD, PMLD, and related behavioural challenges. The role involves working closely with teachers and staff to nurture and educate students in a modern, well-equipped learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting in lesson planning and delivery
Offering one-on-one guidance
Contributing to the seamless functioning of the school
Supporting students with varying needs

Requirements:

Empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn
Experience with SEN/SEMH is desirable but not essential
Own transport due to location
GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent
