Linwood School is looking for passionate and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work with post-16 students, equipping them with life skills to confidently embrace adulthood. The role involves fostering independence, creating connections, and aiding in personal development while working in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitating students’ journey to unlock their potential and develop crucial skills
helping students manage everyday routines
nurturing self-confidence and independence
creating meaningful connections with students, staff, and families
providing insightful written and verbal feedback on student progress
