Job Description:

The school provides outstanding schooling for vulnerable young people with a range of complex educational needs. Their sole aim is to support and re-engage their young people with learning, rebuilding the connections of childhood. Each young person's set of needs requires a unique approach for pupils aged 6-14 who, in addition to their high functioning ASD, present with complex SEMH needs due to experiences of early childhood adversity. This discrete provision provides a therapeutic based curriculum and a strong focus on multidisciplinary working underpinned by psychodynamically informed model.

Job Responsibility:
