Job Description:

Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work with our schools across Lewes, East Sussex. In this role, you'll help students succeed by supporting teachers and creating a positive, engaging classroom environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the teacher with classroom activities and ensure students stay engaged
Help deliver teaching materials and organise classroom resources
Provide support to individual students or small groups, including those with special needs
Assist with maintaining a positive classroom environment and managing student behaviour
Support administrative tasks such as marking, recording attendance, and organising student work

Requirements:

Experience working with children
Patience
Empathy
Excellent communication skills
A collaborative team player
Relevant qualifications are a plus but not required
A strong commitment to safeguarding children
