Job Description:

Become a guiding force in the educational journey of students with special needs by creating a vibrant, nurturing environment and delivering tailored curricula alongside passionate educators.

Job Responsibility:

Foster independence
Manage positive behaviours
Create a vibrant, nurturing environment
Work alongside passionate educators in small classes
Deliver an innovative curriculum tailored to each student's needs

Requirements:

Working towards Level 2 award in Support work in schools or an equivalent is desirable
Classroom experience is desirable
GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above qualification is essential
Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
Knowledge or experience of pupils with SEN or SEMH/ASD
Commitment to the role, the desire to put the child first and treat them as an individual
Be positive and creative in meeting pupils' needs

Nice to have:

Classroom experience
Working towards Level 2 award in Support work in schools or an equivalent
