Job Description:

A supportive and inclusive school in Southport is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant in secondary setting to join their team. The school is committed to helping students grow in confidence and reach their full potential in a nurturing learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Support children with additional learning needs to reach their full potential

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a school setting (UK experience preferred)
A proactive and positive approach to learning support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Two references from the last five years, including one safeguarding reference
