Job Description:

Primary School Teaching Assistants are needed to support classroom teachers and students with tailored assistance in various schools across Hertfordshire. Opportunities available for both short-term and long-term placements, offering flexibility and growth.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
provide one-on-one or small group support to children
help to maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
support children with special educational needs or other learning needs
assist with classroom management
support the teacher with administrative tasks
foster a positive relationship with students.

Requirements:

Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
patient, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
experience working in a primary school setting (optional).
