Job Description:

We are looking for a sales-focused leader to drive business growth and mentor a high-performing team. The role involves developing market strategies, strengthening client relationships, and providing consultative sales solutions in a technical industry.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve annual targets
Identify new business opportunities in private & government sectors
Provide technical consultation on laboratory solutions
Build strong client relationships and expand customer database
Support marketing campaigns, lead generation & sales strategies
Conduct negotiations and secure contracts with customers
Oversee CRM updates, sales reports & pipeline management

Requirements:

Degree in Science/Engineering or related field
3+ years in sales/laboratory roles, with leadership experience
Background in instrumentation, laboratory sales, or technical roles preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and business acumen
Willing to travel within Malaysia and possess own transport

What we offer:

13.5 bonus
commission
allowance
