Job Description:

The Team Leader is a team player, determined to performe and achieve goals. This person prioritizes customer needs and satisfaction. The team leader is able to anticipate and assess potential challenges. The Team Leader's responsible for overseeing and coordinating field operations to ensure efficient logistics processes. This person supervises a team of logistics operators and ensures that productivity, quality and safety objectives are met. Looking for team leader for the receiving, picking, stowing and shipping department.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise and coordinate a team of 20 to 50 logistics operators
Ensure onboarding and training of new employees
Organize work schedules and task assignments
Monitor team performance and implement improvement initiatives
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and execute corrective actions
Identify and report operational issues or inefficiencies
Enforce safety regulations and quality standards
Ensure adherence to internal procedures for inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping
Participate in audits and internal inspections
Liaise between management and operational teams
Participate in production meetings and escalate any issues encountered
Provide regular reports on activity and performance

Requirements:

Professional certificate
3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (mandatory)
Management experience
Warehouse experience
Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain
Leadership and communication skills
Analytical skills
Highly-developed skills in health and safety at work
