Job Responsibility:
Provide full professional property management services
Manage a small team of property managers
Ensure compliance with RICS Codes of Practice, ARMA rules and landlord and tenant legislation
Provide guidance and support to team members
Monitor team performance and conduct reviews
Coordinate HR functions for the team
Identify training needs
Manage team in relation to company targets
Handle customer service issues and complaints
Monitor and manage 'management at risk' within the team's portfolio
Requirements:
Provide full professional property management services for a portfolio of freehold / leasehold developments and individual properties
Effectively manage a small team of property managers, and assistant property managers in line with internal KPI's
Manage reduced portfolio in accordance with RICS Codes of Practice, ARMA rules and landlord and tenant legislation
Provide guidance, support and line management to property managers and assistant property managers
Monitor the performance of property managers and assistants in the team and undertake appropriate reviews, mentoring, and appraisals
Provide support, advice and guidance to other junior members of staff
Co-ordinate day to day HR functions for the team (sickness, holiday, recruitment, probationary reviews, performance management/appraisals etc) in conjunction with the AD group where applicable
Identify training needs and requirements for team members and discuss with AD group as applicable
Manage the team in relation to company targets of income and service delivery
Deal with, and manage any customer service issues or minor complaints that may arise within the teams portfolio's, reporting as required to the AD group
Monitor and manage 'management at risk' within their teams portfolio, reporting monthly to the AD group
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
