Job Description:

To assist the Team Support Lead and support the recruitment process for the group while providing outstanding customer care for all inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Promptly request and follow up on references for all new joiners
Update and maintain the recruitment spreadsheet
Upload employment documents onto database
Assist with sending various communications to new joiners
Support the Team Support Lead in coordinating events
Ensure all birthdays are recognised and recorded
Assist in organizing recognition activities for the Senior Management Team
Act as a secondary point of contact for phone and intercom inquiries
Provide general administrative support for the HR function
Conduct online research and assist with event coordination
Cover the Receptionist/Administrator role during absences
Ensure all visitors to the office are warmly welcomed
Support the marketing team with packaging and posting marketing materials
Maintain a neat, tidy, safe, and welcoming office environment
Foster a cooperative and positive office atmosphere
