Job Description:

As a Teamleader in Customer Relations at IKEA, you will focus on building long-lasting relationships with customers, motivating your team to achieve goals, and optimizing the shopping experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Translate the business plan into an action plan for the department
Listen to customers and offer solutions aligned with IKEA's Customer Relations policy
Motivate and coach the team to achieve targets and grow as individuals
Ensure a positive store experience before, during and after purchases
Supervise administrative processes and operational systems
Implement new ways of working in the omnichannel world.

Requirements:

Build and maintain a lifelong relationship with both new and existing customers to stimulate turnover growth and contribute to long-term profitability
Handle complaints in a reliable, efficient and friendly way
Solid experience as a leader and as a team player
Solve problems and make decisions in a challenging retail environment
Coach a team to achieve targets and act on feedback from both customers and co-workers
Exceed customers' expectations and find new and better ways of working
Focus on customers and optimize the shopping experience.
