Job Description:

Your future employer is seeking an experienced IT/Tech Manager adept at resolving diverse hardware and software challenges. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering technology solutions and a strong background in IT and awareness of the latest tech trends are essential to maintaining up-to-date systems.

Job Responsibility:

Direct the IT Department, including annual business planning, budget management (financial and manpower), and performance target achievement
ensure smooth daily operations of Management Information Systems (MIS) and helpdesk services, offering dependable user support
oversee ERP systems, handling troubleshooting, reporting, upgrades, vendor selection, and enhancement implementations
maintain secure, scalable, and available LAN/WAN systems, databases, and application support
drive tech adoption across departments, aligning new solutions with business goals to enhance efficiency
upgrade IT infrastructure, software, and processes to meet business and compliance demands
foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, addressing service gaps when needed
resolve hardware, software, networking, and ERP-related issues promptly
implement and maintain business continuity plans through resilient IT systems

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
at least 8 years in a similar role within a large, fast-paced corporate setting
hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, networks, ERP systems, and cybersecurity
proven success in leading IT and digital transformation initiatives
ability to set IT strategy, communicate goals, and align with executive leadership
skilled in managing external partners, contracts, and optimizing costs
experience guiding teams through tech adoption and transformation
strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
