Job Description:

Passionate about technology? Love helping people? Join our team! Do you enjoy troubleshooting tech issues and being the go-to person for support? Are you fluent in Dutch and English? If so, this is your chance to work with a leading small appliance brand, providing top-notch technical assistance and customer support!

Job Responsibility:

Offer first-class tech support to customers after sales for various domestic appliance brands
Assist customers via phone and email, acting as the first point of contact
Diagnose technical issues using 60 available processes and escalate complex cases when necessary
Improve customer satisfaction by proactively offering solutions (e.g., guiding customers through YouTube tutorials)
Provide product information, follow up on orders, handle minor repairs, and address complaints
Work with three different software programs during the support process

Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken & written)
Preferably, previous experience in a call center
High school diploma or higher education
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Cross-selling skills are a plus
