Job Description:
Join our team to provide top-notch technical assistance and customer support for a leading small appliance brand.
Job Responsibility:
  • Offer first-class tech support to customers after sales for various domestic appliance brands
  • Assist customers via phone and email, acting as the first point of contact
  • Diagnose technical issues using 60 available processes and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Improve customer satisfaction by proactively offering solutions (e.g., guiding customers through YouTube tutorials)
  • Provide product information, follow up on orders, handle minor repairs, and address complaints
  • Work with three different software programs during the support process
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English (spoken & written)
  • Preferably, previous experience in a call center
  • High school diploma or higher education
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Cross-selling skills are a plus
