Job Responsibility:

Analyze and manage storage and server hardware customer cases to an effective resolution
Deep-dive into technical analysis of the customer configuration, in order to troubleshoot the issues and develop an effective recovery plan
Solve hardware/software problems of a customer according to company KPIs for the business
Observe, analyze and propose qualification process improvements suggestions and/or reports

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another IT related degree
Fluent in written and verbal English and German
Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Time management skills and working with strict deadlines
Excellent customer, telephone, oral and written communications skills
The drive to seek out what’s next and to deliver exceptional results
A collaborative, solution focused spirit and overall sense of urgency
The desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own
Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world
Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
