Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Product Analyst to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA. This role is ideal for someone with strong SQL skills, experience working in cross-functional teams, and a background in gathering business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure smooth collaboration between business and technical teams.

Job Responsibility:

Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business analysts
Utilize SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business needs
Assist in defining product roadmaps, feature requirements, and prioritization
Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in product workflows
Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a technical product analyst or similar role
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and validation
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business)
Familiarity with UAT processes, test case creation, and validation
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau is a plus
