Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a Full Stack Web Development background. The ideal candidate will manage technical projects, lead teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Requirements:

Experience as a Technical Team Lead, managing and mentoring development teams
Proven experience as a Full Stack/ Web Developer
Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with web technologies like Angular and React
Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Good knowledge of project managements methods
Experience with jira
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence
Team management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams
Strong client orientation, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs effectively
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

Experience in work related to software development
PSM/ CSM Certificate
Experience in Financial domain
