Job Description:

TSM needed - Fit Out projects - £10m+ Experince. Company: Specialising in Design & Build commerical interirors. Role: Technical Services Manager.

Job Responsibility:

To pro-actively monitor Health & Safety processes and behaviours ensuring compliance with safety management systems
Take ownership for M&E design, procurement and site delivery on a significant project
To drive a zero defect culture and approach to handover
To interrogate the design for completeness and quality and identify any value engineering opportunities at all design stages
To provide guidance in the production of the project programmes
To provide effective and timely assistance, advice and support during the project, and oversee the project teams responsible for producing it
To contribute to the regular Project Report, and Project Meetings where appropriate
To attend, and chair where appropriate, meetings with the Client, the designers, specialist contractors and other team members
To ensure best practice and continuous improvement in divisional & project processes

Requirements:

MUST have experince with large Fit out schemes, in the region of £10m - £20m
CSCS Card
Have a good understanding of appropriate M&E and services legislation
Experience working on design and build fit-out projects
A good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills - Must be able to hit the ground running!
