Job Description:

The SRE and Quality technical Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to drive applications stability and improve quality and resiliency for technology in Wholesale Lending.

Job Responsibility:

Independently code
Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management, and planning
Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures
Ensure essential procedures are followed
Integrate in-depth knowledge of applications development
Influence and negotiate with senior leaders
Assess risk when making business decisions
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

12+ years of relevant and hands-on coding experience
Java, Kafka, Mongo DB, Spring WebFlux, Angular, ElasticSearch
Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress.io
Java Functional programming, Spring Boot Libraries, Java Reactive Frameworks
TDD and BDD style developments
Microservices Design and Development
Effective communication skills
Java/Python/AI/AWS certifications nice to have
