Job Description:

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams; responsible for technical support and/or leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions; maintaining knowledge of leading-edge technologies; contributing to company solutions portfolio; generating and cultivating new business opportunities

Job Responsibility:

delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project
systems configurations
troubleshooting systems errors/problems
monitoring and/or testing systems performance
designing technical solutions for customer environments
acting professionally with customers
participating as part of a team
maintaining good relationships with team members and customers
understanding the company's strategy
using knowledge tools and their application

Requirements:

1 - 3 years of technical experience
Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
sufficient technical knowledge to assist with the completion of specific deliverables
ability to communicate concepts with team and peers
ability to produce basic documentation to required standards
understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
fundamental technical knowledge
