Job Description:

The primary role will be to handle customer inquiries, maintain customer records, and process applications. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

Offer executive and technical support to Team Leaders and their respective teams
Aid in correspondence, presentations, and data entry tasks
Keep track of repairs and claims using CRM, Excel, Office Word, and other applications
Manage Requests for Quotes
Maintain the CRM system for quotes and service requests
Develop process and certification documentation diligently
Organize calibration equipment including shipping and storage
Create newsletters for technicians to keep them informed and updated
Manage the team inbox ensuring smooth communication flow
Ensure organizational goals and priorities are met consistently

Requirements:

Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating exceptional communication skills
Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality assistance
Expertise in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Familiarity with email correspondence, maintaining detail oriented communication standards
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, focusing on data analysis and manipulation
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling and email management
Proficiency in creating and editing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to create, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word
Experience in scheduling appointments, ensuring optimal time management
